This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be available for NovaBridge Digital Ltd services and digital products. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
Our digital marketing and consulting services are bespoke and commence as soon as we receive your approval or onboarding information. Due to the nature of these services, we do not offer refunds once work has started, except in cases where you can demonstrate non‑execution of the work. Evidence may include the absence of access logs, campaign statistics or deliverables that we agreed to provide. Duplicate payments, billing errors or proven fraudulent transactions will be refunded.
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact support@novabridgedigital.com within 7 days of the charge. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
You may reschedule a booked coaching or training session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Ongoing service contracts may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice; work performed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable.
Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to third‑party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) and are non‑refundable once committed. We do not control or refund those amounts.
Digital products such as ebooks are delivered immediately after purchase. For consumers, by purchasing and accessing a digital product you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to withdraw. As such, no refunds are available for digital products after purchase. If you have issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.
