Starting a Project

We begin work after receiving your onboarding information, required access and assets, and your confirmation (or acceptance of a quote). You will receive an onboarding checklist once you book a service.

Communication & Approvals

We provide progress updates and request approvals at key stages (e.g. strategy outline, creative drafts, campaign launches). Prompt feedback helps avoid delays. You can always reach us during business hours via email or WhatsApp.

Ownership & Handoff

Work is performed using your own accounts wherever possible, ensuring you retain access and ownership. Upon completion, we provide a clean handoff including credentials, documentation and instructions. Our pre‑existing templates and frameworks remain our IP but are licensed to you for your project.

Support

We offer support during our standard business hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 UK). Outside of project scopes, additional support or maintenance can be arranged via a support retainer or ad‑hoc hourly rate.
